Do I need to be fit to start training?
No, you don't need to be fit to start. Our beginner classes are designed to help you build fitness gradually. Many of our members started with little to no fitness background and have transformed their physical condition through consistent training.
I've never done gym training before. Which class should I start with?
We recommend beginners start with our fundamentals classes in either Functional Fit or Endurance Booster. These classes focus on building a strong foundation with proper technique.
Do I need to bring any equipment for my first class?
For your first class, just bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel.
How many times per week should I train?
For beginners, we recommend 2-3 training sessions per week. This allows your body to adapt to the new movements while providing enough recovery time. As your fitness improves, you can increase to 4-5 sessions per week if your schedule permits.
